Country Coach is proud to introduce John Davis to the station of Dealer Services Representative at Buddy Gregg Motorhomes.
Mr. Davis will act as Country Coach's factory service representative for Buddy Gregg's Knoxville service customers. His responsibilities
will also include on-site, immediate technical support and warranty administration for the dealer's service technicians and
warranty department. In addition to John's most recent assignment as a Country Coach senior technician, his qualifications
include:
* Former VP/GM Pro Tech RV Service Center Seguin, TX
* Certified AMA Manager
* Experienced Service Manager and Shop Foreman in RV house, chassis and body/paint facilities
* 20 years in the mechanical/technical field
* Multiple certifications by various RV component and systems manufacturers held
* Certified ASE automotive technician
* Factory trained technician for Country Coach, National RV and other highline manufacturers
Warranty administration
Mr. Davis brings considerable expertise in the area of warranty administration. John comprehends the specifics required
in his portrayal as a warranty administrator. Customer and dealer interactions are recognized as key links in the execution
of a successful service event. His judgment is supported by twenty years of RV, automotive technical and mechanical acumen
in addition to his management experience with several RV service facilities in Texas.
Technical support
In addition to John's accolades, he has demonstrated his leadership abilities and technical proficiency relative to RV
systems. Within four months of joining the CCI Service Team, Mr. Davis had proven his expertise extends from Country Coach
Inspire to the specialized systems in our Prevost conversion models to be critical in our field service endeavors.
Customer service
John has confirmed his considerable understanding of the recreational vehicle customer and their unique service needs.
His presence instills the measure of confidence to his customers necessary to successfully navigate the inimitable topics
associated with customer issue resolution. Respect for his customer's interests is demonstrated in his composed and attentive
focus, discerning and addressing the full scope of their needs. Country Coach has found Mr. Davis to be an invaluable asset
